The Ohio SAMI CCOE and Ohio SE CCOE are both programs of the Center for Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and share some web site resources, such as the online event-calendar and registration and the mailing list database. The information that you submit to these web sites is used solely by the Center for EBPs and its two programs--the Ohio SAMI CCOE and Ohio SE CCOE--for its own purposes. These include event registration, courtesy reminders, event attendance reports, and mailing lists for print and electronic communications, such as newsletters and e-mail news. The Center for EBPs does not distribute or sell its mailing lists to any other entity.
